That's what I was thinking during the last power play.

Stand. Move to the left two feet. Pass. Pass. Move two feet. Pass. Shoot. Blocked.

The only good thing is that it is still a tie. Which is almost a miracle.

refs came out in full force that period. Rangers powerplay is sucking the life out of them.

The team defending was poor. That transcends the power play. They're not adjusting well to a faster Pens team.

I'd rather have an injured McD in the line-up than two of Falk/Diaz/Moore.

2 goals scored each period on that net. Ice is literally tilted. DW we got this

They have to get back to their game. They got pushed off it. I'm happy they made it to the intermission tied.

Ya, sounds great. Hey, why aren't the Penguins deflated because MAF can't make the saves when it counts? Mhmm.

A dead body would be better at this point

I will say that I'd like to see Moore scratched for Diaz.

Then it was a mircale we're not up by two. Could've easily had four goals in the first.

Need an elite offensive Dman. A player like Shattenkirk, Subban etc would make this team so much better. Richards as quarterback on the pp is a failure.

Honestly, if you're the Penguins, why not play more aggressive and dirty? If you take a Penalty so what? It won't cost you. Pens definitely have the edge in this series if we don't change our PP.

It's 2-2. Tighten up on the backcheck, take less risks and get shots on goal.

I'll never understand why the PP doesn't shoot the puck against the worst goalie in the playoffs.

Who cares if it gets blocked or deflected?

Amen, let him play the point on the PP. It can't be worse than it is.

Henrik is not a big time goalie anymore. He is done. He could win if he played behind Detroit teams from the past. That's about it. But this team was utter trash. Got dominated completely.

Nah, I think the team is deflated every time the refs call a penalty against the opponent.

Get ****ing J.Moore and Girardi off the powerplay and McDonagh too. Get the other three defensemen going. Staal's puck handling and shot > Girardi's "valued" pp skills. J.Moore doesn't have that much of a brain so Stralman is a big upgrade there. I'd rather have Klein who can shoot instead of an injured McDonagh.

That was actually a great breakdown by Mad Mike on the first goal.

Actually, Pittsburgh looked really bad in the 1st. Complete period reversal, really.
