Is Chris Kunitz HHOF Material?

The guy has two cups, a WC Silver, an NHL First All-star team and now an Olympic Gold?

Will he make the HHOF?

He isn't outstanding on the score sheet, but he has a nice trophy case.

Absolutely not. He's a fine player but no, there are plenty of other players that will get there before Kunitz.

No, not even close. Two top-10 in goals with one top-10 in points won't get you very far when it comes to the HOF.

Sorry, but if you add Kunitz to that list, you might as well throw in Adam Graves, Adam Deadmarsh and any other Adams you can think of

You named three team achievements. He's been a good forward all his career.. He wouldn't even qualify for the "Hall of Very Good."

No! Please god, no.

Good player, no doubt. He can and should be really proud about his career. But if he goes in to the Hall, half of the first line players today should go.

If Kunitz got in the HHOF would lose all credibility.

No.

Despite how ridiculous people can be with team accomplishments, nobody is THAT idiotic.

LOL. No. Not remotely close.

As others have mentioned, there are players like Freddy Modin that have similar hardware. They're team accomplishments.

oh I don't know about that. Almost simultaneously, another one was created asking if Sidney Crosby is a lazy hockey player.

That lazy Crosby would be playing in the AHL without his Hall of Fame caliber winger, Chris Kunitz.

I can't even imagine all the headlines and comments there would be if Kunitz would be elected to the HHOF.
