Does each team need to draft a certain number of players? Teams that are trading 2 picks for 1 or 3 picks for 2 will end up with less players on their roster.... ?

As long as you have 23 you're ok, plus if you don't have enough selections for that you can pick up a few reject players on waivers afterwards.

Dearest H N I C/Hopkinator

Please close out your deal, I wish to obtain some sleep so that I may regulate the draft tommorow, but would also like to edit the list if you do indeed trade.

Regards

MOP

That way you can get some rest and let dealings happen.

The Chicago Blackhawks put their 2nd round pick on the block. Message me with offers. I'm staying up until draft time so we can talk trade as I'm not gonna be able to wake up at 9am if I go to sleep.

In that case, I'll just wait till you get a tiny bit tired, say about 8 am and offer you an offer you won't refuse.

Delete the message and PM me the picks if you want privacy.

And with that, I'm off to bed.

Ta-ta til 9:00.

It's a sacrifice to give up on those 3 mid round picks, but moving up for a 1st and moving up in the 2nd round as well should fill that hole nicely.
What are you.. the Leafs gm?

I'll trade you Nolan (I'll draft him at some point), for your first and second round pick. You don't even need to throw in some prospects

Edit: Just read this and it looks like I'm knocking the trade. I am not, it just strikes me as very Leafish for some reason.
