Jokinen - 38-32-70
Roberts - 22-20-42
Nieuwendyk 17-31-48
Stumpel - 12-42-54
Gelinas - 13-17-30
Gratton - 18-18-36
Horton - 23-35-58
Weiss - 20-45-65
Huselius - 32-48-80 (call it a hunch...assuming he's still here)
Kolnik - 20-14-34
Hagman-10-14-24 ( if he's still here...i'm guessing he'll be traded)
Olesz (minors/europe)
Stewart (minors)

Bouwmeester - 12-20-32
Van Ryn - 14-34-48
Hill - 13-22-35
Karpotsev - 3-10-13
Crains (2-7- 9
Mezei - 5-7-12
Kwiatkowski - 4-8-12
Krajicek -1 -8 -9
Novak(minors/europe)

I'm guessing Luongo may struggle a bit with all the distractions/time off...but will get it in gear a month or so into the season...team prediction: panthers finish second in the SE -- 6th in the conference.

Also, all these predicitions are under the assumption that these players stay relativley healthy...which obviously is a big assumption with guys like Roberts, Nieuwendyk, Stumpel, Horton, etc.

My lines had around 250 goals scored. How many did we have the last season we played?

188 and only 2 teams scored over 250 goals (Detroit & Ottawa). The yr before that there were 5 teams that scored over 250 (Detroit, Vancouver, Ottawa, St. Louis, Colorado). I think FL would be lucky to score 200 next season.

Nieuwendyk 14
Stumpel 14
Gelinas 11
Gratton 16
Horton 23
Weiss 16
Huselius 18
Kolnik 21
Hagman (Traded)
Olesz
Stewart

Bouwmeester 6
Van Ryn 14

Crains 1
Mezei
Kwiatkowski

Novak

That's 212 goals....

I think if Stumpel plays the whole season he can put up 55-60 assists. This guy is very underrated and I think he would play well with Roberts.

I must say I'm impressed with the new players in Florida. With Jokinen, Stumpel, Nieuwendyuk, Gratton and Weiss there is a very good depth at center. I don't know which players that will have to play on the wing, but the regular offensive wingers (such as Huselius and Kolnik) will defenitly benefit from this, and chip in some goals after great playmaking in the middle. Florida will be very interesting to see this season.

Your saying that Hornton will score more than Jokinen. Quit spending to much time in the sun. Jokinen is Keenans kind of player big, strong, thinks defense most times but is good in the offensive end, if Ollie only has 41 pts the panthers are in HUGE, HUGE, HUGE trouble.
