I was planning on really picking it up this year, but I'll be basically watching last years team + Noel.

Noel comes back strong and effective this season. MCW continues to grow. Embid ultimately becomes the center of the future. Saric comes over in two years and makes an immediate impact. They draft a SG next season with their lottery pick, and someone else the following year with their lottery pick. Three seasons from now we have...

Embid (all star)
Noel (all star)
Saric (ROY)
NEW SG
MCA (all star)

Win one million championships. I might start watching BBall soon...
Thats the spirit! I'll do a little research and see what SG's we could potentially be targeting next year. As I said earlier I think Emmanuel Mudiay is probably the best guard prospect but hes more of a PG than a SG.

Edit: here are some prospects that I will be watching a lot of next year

Emmanuel Mudiay-SMU
Wayne Seldon-Kansas
Mario hezonja- Croatia
Caris LaVert- Michigan
Jabari Bird-Cal
Jordan Richardson-Tennesee
Aaron Harrison- Kentucky

Are there hopes to have Saric play this year? I also though Saric was a 4... can he play 3? I know nothing about the guy.

No idea. He is listed as an SF (is that the 3?). I am not a BBall guy. I thought I slotted him in to the right spot.

Just read an article on NJ.com that he for sure will play 1 year in Turkey but is willing to talk to the Turkey club to come over after 1.

Maybe another Manute Bol with his sense of humor? I remember Manute, Barkley and Mahorn....it was riot between those three.

Quote:
Embiid is still a stranger in a strange land, a 20-year-old who grew into manhood perfecting a new language, learning a new game, living in the quiet and conservative heartland of the United States and, now, in one of the louder, more liberal cities in the Western hemisphere. He will need life-skills guidance.

For example, Self said, "He needs to become more responsible with his eating habits. He doesn't know. He has been Americanized for just 3 years, and he hasn't had family living with him. It seems insignificant, but it will be important over time. He needs to mature."

He seems well-equipped.

"He'll be a fan favorite. He's got more personality than just about anybody," said Self, who observed as Embiid told his Kansas teammates last fall that he had killed a lion in his native Cameroon. "He knows how to make fun of himself. He knows how to make fun of other people. And he's got a smile that will make you melt."

As long as he develops a jump-hook that will make you swoon

Now I know that there will be a billion different roster combinations next year, but what do we expect the lineup to look like?

MCW
Pierre Jackson/Tony Wroten
Thad Young
Nerlens Noel
Henry Simms?

Edit: good news about Embiid. http://www.barstoolsports.com/philly...e-bigger-dick/

I think he's a 4 long term. He'll get bigger and he's not real athletic to begin with. His shot is improving and he's a decent rebounder.

I'll still watch the team next year. Hopefully MCW keeps improving, and we can see what Noel will do. Also, he may not be the kind of guy who puts butts in the seats, but I think McDaniels will bring something immediately. I'm sure he'll get a lot of minutes and should be able to make some impact on defense and in the transition game. I'm liking that pick a lot.
