I think prust will be fine. Last game he played in new york when he got suspended was one of his better playoff performances. Not having weise is going to hurt though.

Biggest game of the last 20 years. I woke up this morning with butterflies in my stomach and it comes back as soon as I think about tonight and the possibility of having that ****ing epic legendary game 7 this saturday. A game 7 in MTL would be magic. Can't hold still.

Weise and Beaulieu out of the lineup is baaaad. Very bad. I would change as little as possible including Emelin staying 'hurt'.

Prust on a few days rest needs to earn his pay check tonight.
Tokarski needs to be supremely focused and not give up saveable goals.
Team in general needs to play the ENTIRE 60 minutes at high intensity, not giving any of the NYR players any breathing room.
Make them pay and double think every action they make.

MT don't do it.
Don't bench Beaulieu again.

And why are people saying Moen is in too? Thought it was only Prust coming in.

Is Diaz confirmed? Finishing you checks against him are sure turnovers.

Injured Emelin in, Healthy and effective Beaulieu out.

Man oh man, I see this coming a mile away...

Only hope is that Magic Mike has seemed like a genius many times he looked like a sure fool.

We really need Gorges to have one of his monster games. He can be the difference maker, for better or worse.

This already feels like game 7. Can't believe that if we win huge tonight, we still have to win another. Chucky...man, he had that. That should just count.

What are your opinions of Vigneault in these situations. IMO he's an awesome coach. Is he fallible?

Edit: I'm hearing this Emelin in business is E5...

In order for vanek to step up we need to give him linemates. he is playing 10 minutes a game.

Put the pressure on vaner tonight and count on him to make us win if not you let him walk.

As easy as this. Why are we complicating things?

Seriously, Emelin has been a liability so far in this series and I like our chances better if Bouillon is in (never thought I'd say this).

Not going out of my way to hate on Vanek (and really, who would have thought that he'd be the dead weight compared to what follows?!), but that line is dead without Weise and deadly with him. Wasting a good Eller and Bourque. Hope Vanek skates his ass off, cuz if he does, he could set up another Bourque hat trick. That's asking for too much though. (The skating part.)

How far into the game before it becomes clear that MSG's ice is ****ing us over? Our entire transition was foiled many times during gm4. Same for them, but I feel like we need it more to finish our passes.

Quite relevant, since we just defended at the Battle of Hank's Deep!

I think Bouillon can play a few games without being such a problem. Especially as he plays only 10 min. But it's clear he hasn't got much left in the tank. He needs about 1 week of rest for each game he plays, basically.

Emelin seems like he's been injured for quite some time. Let's hope he can come back at 100% soon.

Is Emelin seriously playing tonight? Even if he's 100% healthy I want him in the press box.

I'm only asking one thing: Let this game be a clear-cut win or loss. I don't want one of those 1-1 in double OT losses, decided on a lame penalty call with a Diaz floater from the point tipped by St.Louis, after the Habs miss a dozen primo chances. Just come out and win it or lose it convincingly, boys. I don't want any crying tomorrow.
