Actually I think it's been pretty even, but I almost can't believe how close some of these chances have come.

Pretty even? Outside of a few chances for the Rangers, the Kings had them in their zone with the carpets ready to be brought out.

Either way, Nash is still a squid. Another half-assed attempt at the puck there.

This game between two markets like LA and NY is one that can grow the sport.. Crazy action right now. I hope it goes to 4 OT's.

Just think, we get to deal with that for the forseeable future.

I miss the Northwest division.

Also, thanks for nothing:

San Jose
Anaheim
Chicago

And lol at CBC cutting out and cutting to a **** NBC broadcast. The ****ing screen is cut in 1/2 for christ sake.

You've been so bitter lol. Get over it man. There are always going to be elite teams in the league. If the Oilers ever get to that level there is always gonna be someone else you'd need to deal with.

He's not wrong. It's going to be hard to try and build a winning team and organization in one of the hardest divisions in recent history.

It just doesn't look good.

Congrats to Williams. Outside of Brodeur I think the only other 3 cup winner in the league.

I thought Kopitar was better throughout though.

There's like one elite team in the East.

We have at least 6 (if Colorado isn't a fluke), 3 of which are in our division.

I'm not sure what was the worst thing to happen to the Oilers. Tambellini or re-alignment.

It'll just be all the sweeter if we ever get there. But seriously... oh well. There is nothing you can do about anyone else. Just gotta get good on your own.

With the way our Management is we'll probably not even come close to where the Kings are at.

This team is just missing too many key ingredients and the good players won't come here.

We went o-fer against the Kings, Blues, and Hawks. Only had a winning record against the Predators this season in the West.

Never mind winning the Cup. Never mind making the playoffs. We're so far away from being MEDIOCRE it's depressing.

LOL, who cares man? Can't you just enjoy the fact that we saw an epic playoffs and an unbelievable cup clinching game? There's plenty of time to ***** about the Oilers misfortunes another time. Tonight reminded me of why i love hockey. Great stuff.
Feel bad for Lundqvist though. That guy really deserves a cup.

To be honest I didn't watch much of it. This series was over after the first game. Horrible refereeing, dull games (especially 3/4), and pretty much the most predictable Finals series in a very, very long time.

The Rangers didn't even try to win the last few games. It was pretty disgraceful. The real Finals was the WCF.

Well given the current state of the team we're well on our way. Florida/Buffalo should improve and we'll probably be comfortably in last by the time Christmas rolls around.
