But since you want this type of scenario if a amendment was put forth and passed that made it against law for people to have more then one child in US would you support it? Its law

You would report anyone who violates it including your family correct?
You are the one who said you'd shoot anyone coming to get your guns. Why not address that instead of making up other stuff?

I don't have any kids and probably won't have any kids so it's not that big of a deal for me. I own two guns but I have no emotional attachment to them and I'd turn them in. I'm definitely not interested in having a shootout over them.

If federal agents attempted to enter my home to violate my 2nd amendment right the result would be conflict

Its that simple ,, There will never be a scenario in which 2nd amendment is repealed and taken away from US Citizens

Repealing the 2nd amendment while continuing to spend hundreds of billions a year waging war and financing our spy networks is curious social behavior, from an anthropological perspective.

I'm neither American nor pro-guns, but the logic is not that difficult to understand. If a democratic process removed freedom of the speech from the constitution, would you swallow it? Only if you thought freedom of speech was just something the state "grants" you and not a basic, natural right. Obviously the pro-grun people think the right to own guns is a basic, natural right too. I don't agree with them, but it's not so hard to get the concept, is it?

Getting back to incident in LV

Couple apparently were racists as well as anti-gov and anti-police

The rising violent Neo Nazi / White Supremacy movement within fringe of US is an issue that needs to be discussed

I'm more concerned about Blackhawks's lack of understanding how rights work than I am about him shooting a federal agent, TBH.

Again, we're talking about a scenario where the 2nd has been repealed.

Whether there is or isn't, this is a HYPOTHETICAL

Unfortunately it seems like BlackHawksWinCup is under the impression that the 2nd amendment is divine

Speaking of rights, how about my right to edit my own god damn post!

If 1st amendment or 4th amendment was repealed what would your course of action be?

Let me get this straight. Government says I can have guns and I think it's good. They say I can't and I say screw that I'm doing it anyway. It sounds like I don't give a **** about whether the government says I can or can't so I should probably stop acting like the 2nd amendment means anything.

If the freedom to own guns wasn't granted by the state where did it come from, god?

Vote the people out who repealed it.

That's called the "democratic process."

The gun nuts would stand a better chance if it were to be gun nuts vs no guns

Uh, yes. It can. If it's repealed validly, it can be taken away. Do you not understand how the Constitution works?

Technically that's right, but in reality no-one stops acting like a declaration of equality or charta or rights etc means something just because he believes the rights exist anyway, charta or not.

Possibly, but not necessarily. Natural law is not exactly a new concept.

Repealing a basic American right is not viable

Simple as that , You seem to believe the 2nd amendment is some obscure thing

It is as vital as 1st amendment

Natural rights are a joke. We have the rights we give ourselves.
