He's easy to spot on the ice, kind of like the reverse Anson Carter.

I think it's because of the blond hair...

It's hard to really get a read when you are taking pictures but he seemed to do really good on the right wing on the low rotation kind of like Paul Kariya (cycling around left-handed on the low right wing for the off-handed one-timer).

Also I saw him use his backhand to lift hard shots very creatively and effectively.

As a photographer and a fan, I enjoy guys like this who show some genuine emotion while playing or even practicing.

I watched a litlle documentary about anza on slovenian television , how when he was a kid his dad (hockey coach) build him a hockey ring in the backyard durring winter seasons and whille all the other kids were playing he was practicing shooting and skating all day long for the whole winter and when the weather was too bad or durring summer seasons he practiced shooting in his garage and always broke all the windows in the garage and that made him better through time as his familly didnt want broken windows in the garage every few weeks and that made him improve his shooting skills a lot since he spend all his free time trainnig and that was a lot of time .

Oh and i forget to attach this pic of him(with lk jersey) and his fammily (he also has a younger brother who trains hockey too but it is not on the pic) just before he went to the lk training camp . He also said again how he was proud to be drafted by the lk as his first poster on the wall was of the "great one" in lk jersey and he wants to take in his footsteps ...

Thanks for all your input, lober. I hope Kopitar is making you a Kings fan, as well

Just to warn you, there probably won't be clips or interviews on the net. The rookie tournaments are very low key. The only chance of a video would be if some individual brought a digital camera, and the only interview would be if someone like kingsjohn interviewed him (Hint Hint, KJ )

But check on this board, and check on the San Jose Sharks board, and you'll find a few recaps That's what I look forward to seeing, as I am too far away to make it.

speaking of which, predator was at Healthsouth/Toyota this morning with a bunch of Kings players for a lil practice and pick up. I saw three times that he had a wiiiide open net and still could not put the freakin' puck in. So it looks as if he is still the same old Carter that we know.
