I don't know about you guys, but I want no part of Carmelo on the lakers. The guy is not a winner imo.

Or both? Seems a bit too ambitious and crazy of an idea to me though.

I'd love Lebron, but that's not happening. Unfortunately, I do think there's a good chance that the lakers land Carmelo. He and Kobe are pretty tight, and with Kobe retiring in a year (?), it'll be Carmelo's team. Bleh!

So does Lebron opting out allow him to possibly restructure his deal for more money? Or if he returns does the contract stay the same?
