Indeed

If we compare active finnish hockey players, Aaltonen has the best hands IMO.

Yeah he has great hands and good speed (and hockey hair). Lacks work ethic and killer instinct though.

Yes, he is a right winger.

+ He is Kontiola's former line mate.

He has good chemistry with Kontiola.

Problem with JMA is that he is a bit streaky. I'm sure he'd be on top of his game in the NHL though, still 2nd line sounds a bit high. He has the skills for that role, but not necessarily the head

Yeah he is very entertaining, I'll give him that. He can put on a show.

He is a high risk-high reward player but if someone grabs him with a small contract, say under 2 million, there's not much risk anymore.

TO FLORIDA!

We need a top 2 rwer - I see Tallon trading away some of the leftover players and making room. Would be nice to pick this guy up.

TML seems like the obvious destination. Add to Kontiola and Komarov.

I don't know but it's more likely that Aaltonen will sign with a KHL team. (Dynamo moscow because they have his rights) But I'm really hoping that he goes to the NHL.

It's a shame if he never gets a change in the big league.

If only he could be a little more consistent. All the tools to be an elite player, even in NHL level.

He would be good fit in Toronto. He and Kontiola have been line mates many times in Finnish national team and have good chemistry.

Exactly. Time to change that.

Leafs sign Team Finland. Don Cherry goes on a rampage. Gory details at 11.
