Manchester / Reading goaltending

Howdy y'all. I was wondering how you guys & gals think the goaltending will sort out.

Who will be in Manchester & who will be in Reading?

What are your thoughts on Hauser, do you think he'll ever get called up to the Kings?

Thanks.

As it stands right now it will probably be .........

Manchester
-------------
Hauser
Brust

Reading
-------------
Fukufugi
Munce

If Labarbera doesn't do better than he did today I think Hauser has a good chance at getting a call-up this year.

I honestly thought the Kings needed to bring in an NHL veteran like Dunham or Dafoe to back up unproven Garon. If Labarbera stinks it up and Garon struggles, Kings are in trouble. A reliable vet would have been nice in LA.

There is a big difference still b/t the NHL and AHL.

Maybe this pre-season will give the Kings some kind of idea about how the Garon/Labarbera experiment might turn out. There are still a few goalies to be had if it is a complete disaster.

Dunham is a Thrasher now.

Maybe Potvin could come back?

I'm definatelly interested to see how Hauser would do if he was called up.

Shields would have been nice, but he was invited to Ducks camp. Dafoe is done. Potvin is done. No one halfway decent is left. Might as well stick with what we've got.

Shields isn't signed with the Ducks, just on tryout and Dafoe didn't officially retire, neither did Tugnutt. There are guys out there, plus Buffalo is looking to deal a goalie as maybe Minnesota. Kings have options, i just think it would have been nice to have a backup with NHL experince who is maybe over 29-30 to go with a young Garon instead a guy with less experience and even younger.

READING ROYALS-Signed G Cody Rudkowsky. - Interesting I guess the Kings will assign one of the goaltenders to Bakersfield.

Probably the one they want Nowicki to work with the most...
