Very tidy win.

Defense was dominant and Willy played a clean smart game. Impressive to go on the road into BC and blow them out.

Willy is just so much better than Hall, Goltz, Pierce, Elliot, Brink...... better arm than all, quicker release, smarter, more poised....

Grigsby ( 15 CAR 19 YDS) just doesn't have that powerful explosive first step most good RB's posses, it's almost time to give Cotton a shot and last week they brought in another import RB.

Think they need to look at a third string QB than can actually make a yard on a 3rd down sneak.

New PK impressive, wouldn't surprise me to see him kicking on Sunday's on NBC in a few years.

Johnson and Bucknor such an upgrade over Mack's dwarves although the littlest one still here wasting a practice roster spot (Suber)

Pros: Really nice win on the road by the BB. Willy is the real deal and great to see the O-line bounce back after a brutal game last week. Credit so far going to good leadership in Miller, Walters, and O'Shea - creating the right culture in the locker room and on the field.

Cons: Rod Black. That guy is terrible.

Rod Black should stick to figure skating. Man he is brutal.

The heck with that. Bet365 had the Bombers as 8 point underdogs and were paying +310 straight up.

Profitable! I thought the Bombers would lose a squeaker but I couldn't pass up 4.1:1. My beer for the next Jets season is paid for.

Hajrullahu could be playing himself off this team and onto an NFL team (or at least a tryout). Always seems to happen to us when we have a good kicker.

It does?

I can't recall that having happened. Westwood back in the '90s seems to ring a bell. Who else?

Very happy with the win, rough game but a solid character win.

Go bombers! Already better than last season's win total

For me, this season so far has really put a spotlight on just how much of a dismal failure the whole joe Mack era was. The litany of incredibly bone-headed decisions made by the people in charge of the organization over the past few years is just hard to believe.

Great game last night! Very enjoyable to watch. Wily just has that old-school "field general" air about him...seems really composed and thinks the game very well...

Will be interesting to see this bomber squad play in Calgary and Regina on labour day, two places they've never won in ages. Stamps too are looking to be the best team in the league this season as well, and the riders always have their game on pat during labour day

RedBlacks, Alouettes, Tiger-Cats tied for East Division lead at 1-3.

Lions sit in the basement of the West Division at 2-3.

Good, means the Bombers just have to avoid the basement in the West. Would be shocked if there was no crossover this year.

Little Will Ford looked pretty good in Rider green tonight, 3 TD's and over 100 yards rushing.

Would like to see the BB give some else a chance at RB, Grigsby has slowly become a non-factor who can't hit holes, almost like he's afraid of contact.

Every single RB they've used has looked good. Product of their o-line.

Grigsby's big game was the worst thing that's happened to our offence. Because he's just not that good, and his lack of ability to gain any yards in traffic has basically made our offence one-dimensional with defenses not giving him any daylight off-tackle. You could see at the end of the game when traditionally teams grind it out on the ground up by 3 scores in the 4th Quarter, the Bombers were passing a lot on both downs.

Hopefully the change is made this week.

Still think Grigsby has some value in pass protection (he's a decent pass blocker) and running out of the spread. But yeah, it's time to start working Paris Cotton into the fold.
