Article - Hitchcock Conference Call.

I didn't see anything on the board about it, so I figured I would post it.

Hitchcock Conference Call Transcript

Quote:
I can't tell you that last one, but we've kind of made up our mind how we're going to start the year. Mark is going to play center for the first time in a little while. He's going to play with John and Radovan Somik. They've played three games together as a line, and they've been dominant. Roenick is going to play with Gagne and Amonte. Handzus is going to play with Williams and an assortment of left wingers. And Kapanen is going to play with Primeau and Brashear, same lines as last year.
So, it looks like

Gagne-Roenick-Amonte
_____-Handzus-Williams
Kapanen-Primeau-Brashear
Leclair-Recchi-Somik

Quote:
But we're going to probably expect pretty big things from Recchi and Roenick's line.

True, but when he is healthy he's gotta play somewhere. I'll guess centering Recchi and Somik.

So that leaves,

Eric Chouinard or Todd Fedoruk -Handzus-Williams

I think it will be Chouinard.

Yea, I agree, Chouinny should be the fill-in till Claude is back to business.
FYI Dr LOve, Lapointe is scratched due to a minor ankle injury...
