I'm giving hockeydude84 until the end of the day to get his picks made. If he chooses not to make them, oh well. The draft will be over. But I'd like for the draft to be completely done, if possible.

So, what happens next? It would be nice if someone could rank the teams. Perhaps give a ranking for now and the future (say 5 years on). I would do this but I'm pretty busy right now.

My suggestion is to have multiple categories to vote on.

Some sugestions:

Team that is the best contender now
Team that will be the best contender in 3-5 years.
Most offensive team (most scoring leaders)
Best defensive team (best group of d-men)
Toughest/grittiest team
Best all-round team (prospects, grit, scoring, defense, leadership)
