Umm Baseball always loved the game it falls just behind hockey. It's just I can't really watch it but love to play it. I donno I always loved how it's a team sport and you really only have so much control over how well the team does. I like the pressure placed on you in crunch situations. The only thing is there really isn't any hardball around where I live whip is the big thing around here for my age group sooo I haven't played Baseball sort of speak since I was 17. Been playing Whip ever since. So back to your question as to why do I like the game I guess the reason I like the game so much is because of the one on one situations, the anticipation, and just everything about the game I guess.
The playoff series vs the Kings back in 93 I bealive. Loseing to the kings really broke my heart after that it all began to go down hill. My favorite player got traded *Wendel Clark* and it was kinda the end of an era and the beginning of a new age for the leafs in a sorta rebuilding stage alot of changes took effect between then and 97-98 season. Losing the last great player we had in Doug Gilmour a true game breaker seemed like every time he was on the ice you just know somthing was going to happen. Not taking anything away from sundin just I don't think he'll ever be the player Gilmour was for Toronto.
