No chance in hell Downey or Lindros's workouts are as intense as Gary Roberts are. I saw a preivew for it on Thats Hockey, Roberts is a ****ing machine. He was squating on this device that is used for balance. He is a fitness freak, he wont touch fast food.

I get it on ExpressVu at channel 399, it's $2 extra a month though.

During the season it's easily worth it. Every night they do this channel surfing thing where they flip back and forth to all the games going on that night. If you can't afford center ice, it's well worth the $2.
