Canadiens vs Leafs...October 18

Here's hoping that the habs continue their winning streak.....even if Koivu is not in the lineup, the team is playing with plenty of confidence (outscoring its opponents 13-2 in the last 3 games)

Are there any injured Leafs tomorrow? Mogilny missed the last game because of a groin injury. Is he back for Saturday?

McCabe is still out of course, and Mogilny is with the team but it's unlikely he'll play.. he'll probably be out for another couple days.

Anyone know when Koivu's expected to be back in the lineup?
The Habs have been playing well, but the loss of Koivu alone has to be dramatically hurting them.

According to today's Gazette, the earliest Koivu could return is Monday agains the Wings. It's day to day.

They'll win again. But I think the leafs might get at least one goal tonight. 3-1 for the Habs is my guess.

I'm expecting a much, much tougher game tonight. Toronto is gonna come out and take the body. We have to be patient and capitalize when we get our chances.

I'd love to see us pound on the Leaf Defense....they'll cough it up later.
Gotta get that forecheck going!!!

Have to stay out of the penalty box also!!!

Go Habs!!!

That game will be hard to win if the Leafs give it all. I'm leaving for Montreal for the day, but I'm not going to the game.

I hope I'll be back in time to watch the game though! It will be a good one!

I'd say a 2-1 win in OT with Theodore standing on his head.

I don't make scores predictions often. I'll say 4-2 win for the Habs.

Hope Langdon will be there and have a few good punches to Domi's head. (btw, does Tie have a head?) lol

I'm thinking it'll be a 1 goal game... could go either way. Leafs NEED a win badly, so they're going to come out firing! I hope our defense is on today, they have to be.

And Koivu's back on Monday, last I heard.

I'm going to save my prediction for the pre-game thread, but i'd like to warn you all now: Bring your raingear because this one's going to be a bloodbath. I really hope Souray, Quintal, Rivet, Ward, Ryder, and Langdon/Begin are ready, because it's going to be physical.

Hossa is playing very well so far. Also, did anybody see Ryder colliding with Audette. LOL.

What is Brisebois doing on PK? What was Julien thinking? Brisebois doesn't have its place on PK... 1-0 leafs cause of him...
