I believe that would be, "******". Anybody catch the NBA promo where Ali is interviewing some basketball player?

"So, you last season, you was the MP3."

I can't wait for the first Detroit / Nashville game. Carolina is ranked higher than both Detroit and Nashville with a 3-2 record with one of those wins coming against the Caps?!?!

yeah I thought that was a little strange to see Carolina way up there. I do hope they have a successful season though.

No kidding this is a joke!! Carolina is #3 Based more on goals scored than on wins

Let's see if in a seven game series team A wins 2-1, 1-0, 2-1, 3-2 and team B wins 5-1, 6-0, 5-1 Team A scored 10 goals and Team B scored 20. According to TSN team B was twice as good as team A. Which team advanced?

Detroit is 94.4% on the power play? Damn, no wonder they are 6-1.

Actually, they've got it wrong...The Wings are 94.4% on the penalty kill, not the power play....still an awesome figure. Their power play is around 24-25%.

Beat me to it. We were leading the league prior to the STL game with 33 percent, so I figured they must have meant PK.

any ranking system relying heavily on goal differential is going to be extremely skewed early.. think predator fans have beefs with this one? look at vancouver ranked 17th, all because they lost to Minnesota 6-0..

in the long run, this thing should prove to be much better and more accurately reflect the real league.. but for now, it will remain nothing but an oddity
