RIP Dan Snyder

Sad sad day.

I truly thought he would make it.

Defied the odds to make the NHL, but a good human being well before that.

Prayers to his family.

He is done for the wrong thing. It's not a good day for hockey. It's not a good day for his family and it's not a good day for Heatley who will not be the same after that. Prayers to his family and friends

My condolances to his family and friends and teammates. I hope that even if they don't read this board, they know that they are in our thoughts.

What does this mean for Heatly?

The charge has been changed to vehicular homicide. Could mean a few years in jail.

Unless you mean personally, where I guess we can only guess at how much worse it is now.
