Love the way Henke looks - I can't remember a Ranger goalie who sucks up pucks into his body like that. NICE save right there on the pass for the tip in front.

Couple of nice plays by Tyutin to break up Devil rushes.

Nylander just set up a play that drew the penalty.

Lundqvist penatly for playiong the puck inside the restricted area. He thought if he was standing outside that area he could touch the puck. Good to learn that now rather then in the season.

Rangers stacking up in the box. Already a 5 on 3 and they just took ANOTHER penalty.

Awards:
Chico with thusfar the line of the night "Goalies are going to be seeing a lot more shots with people in front and a lot of wide open shots."

Uh, Chic, what other kinds are there?

Few thoughts so far, Prucha looks good I think he will make the team. Tyutin looks very solid, he should have a good year. Lunqvist, what a quick glove hand. And every Devil Rags game, preseason or not just shows how much a difference a good coaching staff, management, and system makes. The Devs absolutely dominate all three zones every game they play against the Rangers.

Good call by - who is that, Chico? - Moore KNEW what he did. They're learning.

Man, more nice goaltending. Henke using his stick to stop the pass from behind the net. Brodeur taking advantage of the no redline rule to spring the PP. We could see a LOT of that for the Devs during the year.

Tyutin with ANOTHER great play to break up a pass to a man in front.

Lundqvist looking very good so far, especially when you consider the 3 or 4 power plays he's had to deal with so far.

Way for Tyutin to step into that one, looked like a quality chance there.

Ok, try to understand this. Despite the legions of haters on this board, Dale is VERY popular in the lockerroom becuase of what he does on the ice and behind the scenes.

that's fine and dandy but he shouldn't make the team just based on being a "team player" if every time he steps on the ice he sucks

if purinton is popular, good for him...but he needs to bring a LOT more than that to be remotely valuable to this hockey team

Give a LITTLE credit to the fact that the Rangers are playing almost all kids and the Devs have a lot of recognizable names in the lineup.

OH! Chad. How do you beat the guy and then lose the puck off your stick like that?

Taking dumb penalties makes players popular in the locker room?

Ah, your right. Guess I could see Dale being popular then.
