I doubt Brodeur will be in net tonight, he played yesterday and gave up a few softies..but you never know with the Devils..they play that man in almost every game. Hopefully Prucha will have his NHL debut game tonight as well. Let us all pray that Poti is scratched tonight for Drats.

I know it's only 2 games so far, but you guy's should be happy with the way your team is playing. I know I'm impressed, especially with the play of the 3rd & 4th line.

Rangers could be the surprise team of the NHL this year if they keep hustling like they have.

I think I read somewhere that Poti is expected to be scratched. Lets go Henke. Lets take advantage of the fact that the Devils played last night.

LETS GO HENKE!

And while we are at it, GET PRUCHA IN THERE!

I have watched the devils quite a bit, not impressed as much as previous years, still we have trouble beating them, so I'll say 3-2 Devs in the OT Shootout. Goals for Rucchin and Jagr.

Let's play a smart, hard working game and please let's stay out of the penalty box for crying out loud!

Federov was sent to Hartford so he won't be in the lineup.

Man I do hope for a Rangers win tonite even if I am not a Rangers fan. I can't say how much I wish Lundqvist will have a huge night in goal and I belive he will get it too. Not the easiest team to make a debute against but he will take the chance anyway.

Wait, why would he be willing to go to HDF when he wasn't ready to go down to the AHL before? And I thought since he was 24 years old he would have to clear waivers.

Not as far as I know--several newspapers this morning had him "assigned" to Hartford.

Plus, isn't a player on a conditioning stint still part of the NHL roster? I'm pretty sure that was the case under the old CBA, although maybe the new rules are different.

yeah though it could possibly be a "unofficial" conditioning stint... edit: thanks fly!

On a side note, picked up the HFD-Mancester game on b2network(internet). Gernander's jersey is retired tonight and he is holding a speech as I write. What a class act he is!
