Let's all give a big hand to GuyF

GuyF, for those of you not in the know, is the writer on the Oilers section of the website. He tirelessly puts up player interviews, scouting reports, and really works his tail off to make the Oilers section of the website a better place. Before GuyF came along, the Edmonton board was quaint, but quiet.. now, the Oilers board is one of the most popular in the league - it's certainly no coincidence that GuyF became part of the HFStaff shortly before this boom in interest.

But perhaps the reason why I post this is that over on the Flames board, GuyF went out of his way try to (and got) get interviews with Flames players at an Oilers/Flames exhibition game so that Flames fans could get some nice information too.

This guy just works and works and makes HF a much, much better website on the whole.

Consider this a shameless plug. If you haven't read GuyF's work before, go read a few of his columns. It's well worth your time.

He's great, now all he's got to do is change his last name form Flaming to Oiling.

Agreed...I love reading Guy's updates on the Oilers, even though I'm a Canuck fan. Very informative and well-written.

You are doing a tremendous job Guy

On top of that Guy is now being interviewed on Edmonton radio every so often and always gives HF a plug. He has been on 930 CJCA and even more importantly TEAM 1260 the Edmonton division of the Fan Radio Network.

Guy, you da man.
