Ottawa is leading faceoffs, 22-14...what the hell is happening? Are the Canadiens using pool cues for sticks?>

If Sens didnt score on the 4 min penalty to Bonk, it would have been over, but finally in last seconds , heatley takes a shot and alfie alone in slot taps in rebound.

Habs are fast, got some good youngsters. Leaf fans may not understand that this is a compliment, but habs are young and improving

In the final minutes, havlat kelly vermette out there.

Closer game than the score indicates. Habs had a lot of puck control

Emery looked really solid. Couldn't really fault him on either of the goals.

In their own end...couldn't penetrate into the Sens end though. We just sat back and let our guys take it away from them and let them try again.

Did Schaefer leave the game early? I hope he's not hurt.

I didn't see him out there the last 7 minutes or so. It looked like Kelly took his spot with Havlat and Vermete.

Alfredsson shows why he's one of the best captains out there, and STILL the best forward on the team.

This could be his year.... 5 G's already while regularly playing on a crap line.

Sens have yet to play a very good game..

Yeah, he took a stick in the face from Bonk to draw the double minor. I hope it's nothing serious...anyone hear anything?

I wouldve felt pretty bad had the score stayed at 3-2. That was a brutal missed call on the Vermette goal. Fortunately, the captain put my conscience at rest.

That's right, I forgot he got bonked in the head...hope he's okay...he's been playing steadily the last 3 games.

He had to have stitches on his ear lobe. Team1200 said he was being stitched up and wouldn't return for that game.

you guys are a class act - nice game tonight - I thought it was pretty darn entertaining - we got outplayed in the third and the Sens capitalized - bad 3rd goal but, thems the breaks - kudos to your team - probably the reason I have 4 of them in my pool

I think typing this out calms me down........ haha

Thanks for the update. Poor Schaef, that's twice now he's gotten work done on his facial area since the preseason began.

Thanks for the classy response.

It WAS a good game and it went by pretty fast because of all the skating.

Montreal is an extremely dangerous team on the counter-attack but didn't get a huge number of quality chances. Emery was pretty solid on most of the long shots and didn't give up many rebounds.

Of course, the Canadiens couldn't get a really good flow going because of the penalty box parade, some of which were definitely iffy calls.
