I'm in a FHL that is based on scoring (G/A/PP/SH).
Is Afinogenov worth hanging onto?
Every year this guy is supposed to break out, but he doesn't.
What about this guy?

afinogenov broke out 2 years ago as a 20 goal scorer but he was injured in the offseason when he took a puck to the head...or got beat up by the russian mafia as some say....and was out half the season and showed signs of returning to his normal speedy self at the end of the season. ive read that max is 100% back to normal health according to sabres staff and will have a great season again hopefully adding 30 goals....its a nice thought but he'll prolly get 20-25

i would probably hold off for now
you could very likely drop him for a better player with a low risk of him getting picked up by another team
i would suggest you drop him, but keep an eye on him and be ready to nab him if he gets hot

Is the Russian Mafia part true? I know he suffered a concussion and these are always hard to recover, especially when you're young and trying to progress, but did the mafia have something to do with last season's performance??

To the question.... don't risk it, try Kotalik or something, so many steals can be had that are less of a risk.

The Irish mafia had more to do with Connolly sucking than the Russian mob had to do with Afinogenov sucking.
