Rangers lose 4-2. Lundqvist gets hung out to dry.

On the plus side, Prucha nets a goal.

Henke is...

according to the reports. I'm excited to see the 'new look' offense. The defense won't change much, which is what worries me. The real difference in the last game was the Rangers were on the power play all game. Otherwise, I don't know if it would've been so close. I won't make any predictions on this one. Either way, I lose.

is strudwick still out? if so, no one will be scratched on D...unless Malik is still gonna sit too, but his groin issue didn't seem too serious

Strudwick's back...

and I think I read he's expected to play. I need to confirm that somewhere. I didn't see any mention of Malik, however.

During the broadcast against Washington they said he was expected to return to the team, from his leave, on Thursday.

Please please please - i dont care much about the result. But I DO NEED to see Jagr do *something* different besides set up in the rw circle and fire shots at the goal.

Maybe some soft dumps into the corner and fool the aggressive Brodeur into coming out of the net a bit?

Another thing to watch is that Lundqvist started to get comfortable playing the puck on Rangers PP's. He was coming waayy out Brodeur style - lets see him build on it.

If you let him shoot as much as the Caps did he will score more then once per game in averege. I am fine with that.

Great to see Prucha get a shot as the 1st line LW. Hopefully he makes the most of it.

I say the game stays tied to shootouts where Prucha and Hossa give us the extra point against the Devs.
