I still don't have the Isles on Centre Ice either.

MSG isnt working for my buddy.

Yep, great save by Lundqvist. Like the way Ward has played; great backchecking in the defensive zone by all the forwards. Lets keep it up, boys!

Kondratiev is hurt. Rangers are on a power play. Maybe if we're lucky the Devils won't score.

Refs calling every Ranger penalty... yet Straka gets hooked down and nothing.

no call on the Straka play but Jagr gets called for that? wonderful.

edit: Actually, the Devil should have got the penalty on the Jagr play. He was interfering with jagr. He was holding his stick (and i dont think it should matter how).

Interesting I didn't know Lundqvist had a twin that's part of the Stars organization. Is he also a goalie?

no, he's a Center http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/p...id%5B%5D=51209

funny, the Stars also have a Jarkko Immonen
http://www.hockeysfuture.com/prospect/jarkko_a_immonen

(but the hockeydb.com has the Stars player with the spelling Jarrko)

No, a pretty good forward in the SEL. Went earlier than Henrik in the draft

Joel Lundqvist has really stepped his game up and will be great this year. He is not as talented as his twin brother but still very good.

The second period left alot to be desired. The PP looks slow and they seem to keep everything on the outside too long. I can't really remember one quality shot in the 2nd. Maybe they are just flat, hopefully they can change that in the 3rd. If they play this way in the 3rd the Devils could easily come back.

I can't even begin to explain how exhilerated I am! These guys show no inkling of the team that blew a game to the Caps. It's Lundmark, he throws everything off, give him the boot already!

This team is fun to watch and they work non-stop. We should've had a few goals 2nd period, but it is Brodeur.

Poti surprised me tonight, seems like he's giving every ounce to staying in NY.

Lundqvist = rookie of the year.

A couple flubs by Ward, but good overall.

I think JD and I are the only Malik fans in the tri-state area. I like him even more each game.

I still want him gone. Hopefully, it means his value goes from a 3rd round pick to a 2nd.

I have a funny feeling Lundmark has played his last game as a Ranger.

I like Malik ...er ...am giving him a shot to prove his worth ....I'm surely not going to say that he's a bust after preseason/a few games. He's steady yet unspectacular ... which is not a problem. His job is to help keep the puck out of the net.
