My show is only an hour long today but it's all Predators. No Titans, UT or Vandy. No baseball playoffs, just hockey. It's not the first radio I've done but it's the first I've done in a while. Hopefully, it will be a small step towards brining respectable and knowledgable Preds talk to the air.

It could be call in if I knew how to work it. For now, It's me taking email questions and talking about hockey. There won't be enough people to create a call-in show yet. Generally, quite a bit less than 1% of your listeners call in. Considering I might, at best, have 100 listeners to start out, I'm not expecting much. It's more or less practice to create a portfolio that I can give to WTN or the Zone and show them what I am capable of.
Thanks for all the encouragement. The show went great. The time I had allotted for the first few segments seemed too much as I was probably rushing through. But as the show carried on, I began to really settle down and just talk Predators hockey. I was impressed with how well I sounded given the circumstances. It's sometimes hard to talk about 1 team for 1 hour with little to no break. It can be overwhelming if you let it. No time to gather your thoughts or catch a break but it was a blast. I realized I must not use my thoughts too much as I didn't seem to have to gather them too often.
Excellent! I am very happy to hear that the Predators are being talked about on a college show... maybe you can be like a Murphy Fair (basketball) or John McClain (football) and call in to the hockey shows for expert advice this season? I wish you the best!

That's actually what I want in the immediate future. A guest that they can bring on to discuss Predators hockey and legitimately answer the questions of the public.
