Arghh!
You beat me by a sec...

Well anyway

First off, Esche will be between the pipes tonight which is the right choice after a good game against the Leaves. Not sure who the Habs are starting but speculation out of Montreal is that Theo hasn't been all that so far and at times seems cocky.
nevertheless, Flyers need to concentrate on astrong forecheck, dumping the puck in, and letting our big bodies recover and cycle well down low. That's our bread and butter, if we can contain their speed and play our game, this should be a victory.
Let's keep the streak alive.
Looking for 4 straight.

Flyers 3
Habs 2

I'm currently in Virginia - anyone know if the game is on TV, on a station I might be able to catch? ESPN? ESPN2? etc.

Thanks in advance.

I know OLN televises games but they're showing Florida vs. Pittsburgh!

Bah!

I'm not even sure I get OLN at the hotel where I'm staying, so looks like I'm s--t out of luck.

No Flyers-Habs on TV for this fan...maybe I'll listen online...

Chances are it'll be Maguire and Miller.
They usually do the early games.

Montreal Beats Philly

56 - 2

Kovalev scores 50 goals - The Flyers eventually give up and join the Habs to score six more goals on Esche

Than the Habs become the most powerful force in the universe and Science is officially over.

Just finished playing my Flyers dynasty in NHL 2006 against the Canadiens. Decided i was going to try and play each day that the flyers play. We'll see how long it lasts. I play on difficult and was 2-2-2 to this point. Forsberg still haveing not scored like real life and Richards tearing it up. I put in the right goalies for each game and after a 9-2 loss to the leafs the other day i won 7-4. Goals by: Gagne, Knuble, Forsberg, Sim, Carter, Sharp, Richards. Sim took home the first star adding 2 assists to go along with his goal and was a plus 4. Carter, Foppa, Desjardins, and Rathje also came out of the game with 2 pts. we were 1-6 on the Power Play which i think is realistic so far. For the Habs Kovalev and Sundstrom put in 2 each and Koivu added 3 assists. Lets hope this is a reality tonight.

This is going to be one of the toughest games so far, but they will manage a W out of it.

Prediction: Flyers-4
Habs- 3

Forsberg gets a goal and an assist to johhnson.

I'll say Esche continues on with his terrifying positioning and the Flyers lose 4-3.

Good to see that people still haven't lost faith in Carter.

I'll say that he goes another game without a goal.

RDS, the french tv media is making a big deal out of this game. they played footage of Hexy taking down chelios. its really sad if they're still getting motivated over that.

Flyers 5 - Anti-canadians 4

TSN also has Knuble miked for the game

So this game is on UPN? Stupid sixers preseason is on comcast and I don't even get the right UPN out here in lancaster. They already screwed us over with the eagles game on sunday and now this....comcast will pay, or I won't.
