Nobody here gives any props to Aaron Miller here but he did a stellar job on the PK tonight. He's far from done. If he stays healthy he'll be solid all year.
Cammy had his best game of the year in my opinion. He was buzzing around the puck all night.
The Frolov, Demitra, Conroy line is really coming together nicely. I'm starting to get the feeling that something good is going to happen whenever they are on the ice.
Our PK again was great tonight. Very impressive 5-3 kill.
Our PowerPlay suddenly looks really good. Lubo is tearing up the league.
Nice effort by Roenick out there although he still looks clumsy on his skates. Nice pass on Lubo's hatty.
Finally, LaBarbera. He was really incredible tonight and he showed why there's a buzz around him. I didn't like some of the rebounds he gave up but he made some really nice saves. On the other side i said it early but Hedberg was awful tonight. I remember him coming up in the league with the Pens with his powder blue moose mask. He was really good back then. Too bad he hasn't done much since. Turco needs to get his head out of his *** and fast.
Didn't make any glaring mistakes from what i saw. Jim and Bob commented on the fact that he's worked very hard in practice even though he hasn't seen much game action. That's good to hear.
I don't wish for this to happen. I just meant that he needs to for them to have any chance whatsoever. The Stars are one of my most hated teams in the league.
