The Steve Sullivan is a God Thread !

This is something I've been saying for years now is how underestimated that kid is, Steve Sulivan is a premier player that has his place among the NHL's elite ( and he should have had it )

The problem with Sullivan has always been that : Being Shunned by the Toronto NHL Brass and traded, once he explosed as an amazing player, the Media were quick to ignore him to not get head poncho Quinn embarassed.

The Truth of the Matter is, if sullivan was surrounded by Lecavaliers or Richards types of players there is no saying where his point production would stand.

He is playing in Nashville a Young emerging team with amazing potential and he has taken them to the next level !!! So I lift my glass to Steve !!!

And I sure hope that he embarasses the Leafs even more by notching his long overdue 100 + season and I am not exagerating when I say I see MVP potential in the guy !!!

So heres to Stevee !!!!

Agreed. I have always been a big fan of Sullivan's. I was delighted when Nasville traded for him.

As an aside - he was never traded by Toronto, he was picked off waivers by Chicago.

Sullivan is great; I think we are all happy he signed an extension this summer.

I wanted to add that I didn't notice him in the game much on Saturday until the final two minutes of the game when he hopped over Vokoun to sweep the puck out of the net.

Does anyone know why Sully was placed on waivers by Toronto?

Anyone?

Anyone?

No one?

To make room for Dmitri Khristich.
