I blame our best players. Our top line isn't producing, again.

This team has absolutely NO killer instinct. If you're up 3-0 do you take your foot off the gas and coast? Hell no! You kick them when they're down. Pittsburgh is the kind of team that just begs to be lit up. We should have and could have easily obliged that wish. Instead, we collapse in the final frame. At this rate, a 6-8 seed in the East would be a blessing.
Sidenotes: Special teams are going well early, which is a good sign... Big Useless scored, which means he'll drop the fighting idea altogether (as if he hasn't already) and start turning the puck over on bonehead 1 on 3 rushes that seem brilliant in his own mind.

This game made me sick-HOW DO YOU PISS AWAY A 3 GOAL LEAD!!! They're aren't the Phillies, damn it. Well,on a good note,Lappy did get a birthday present, and Williams got a goal, but no....we lost that lead. Esche looked clumsy as hell, but I shouldn't have told my brother that. To make the day better,I saw a cop chase,if anyone cares.

The Pens comeback was great :p

Don't know who to blame here, the Pens seemed to take control at the start of the 2nd.

it's just one game, they had better put it behind them and concentrate on the next one

I'm glad they have almost an entire week until the next game to think about this one! And this long west coast trip will be a good test early on of what they are made of and what kind of character the team has.

And Hitch is doing "phase 2" of his leadership/ male bonding workshops.

Maybe they should be practicing hockey stuff and doing drills and sprints instead...

They've played one bad period out of 6 (3rd vs. the Pens). They will also be practicing and not just doing the bonding sessions.

A bad point given away, but if it teaches a lesson for the rest of the year, then it hsouldn't come back to haunt us.

after 2 games you're allready crying ?? jeez... and I thought every body knew that cheesy but true cliché "it's a marathon, not a sprint".

relaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaax, after a month, we'll see where they're at, then you can star *****ing if they're under .500 ok?

Brashear hater? Not quite. But I do feel that Brashear could drop the gloves more often. 8 or 9 goals doesn't compensate for the lack of fist-throwing. Fedoruk is going to be back with the Phantoms soon anyway.
