Tony Amonte is atleast 10 spots ahead of Brashear in Penalty Minutes.

What that means to me is that Brashear isn't taking dumb penalties, which is huge, evne moreso with the PK being so awful this year. I agree that Brashear has to drop the gloves some more, but at least there's a silver lining to his uselessness this season.

Or when Mike Richards of all people has to step up and start a scrap to change the teams flow.

I would rather dress 7 defensmen then have him ono the ice...he sucks plain and simple.

I don't even see how this could be an argument...If he were to drop the gloves and kick some butt...ok play him 4 minutes a game but he clearly doesn't even belong in this league anymore.

He's not overly huge, but he'll drop the gloves on many occasions. Unfortunately, he'll also take the dumb penalties. He's a notch or two below Brashear's skill level IMO.
