Another team that can punish our defensive lapses. At least this time we hopefully wont see a goalie steal a game like MAF did to us. Atlanta will be really dangerous once Lehtonen gets back.

Flyers win 8-6

Any official word on who'll be starting in net for the Flyers?

Robert Esche.

This will be a test for the Flyers. If they play another poor defensive game, they're going to get burnt. Hopefully they'll tighten up.

Wouldn't wory that much about the defence...

It's that teams have started to figure out our 1st line, that is starting to wory me... Specially when our 2nd scoring line isn't producing at all... Started noticing this in the last game against Islanders... You hardly see any goals from Gagne that has been from a direct feed from Forsberg anymore...

Gagne has been getting his chances though, just none are ging in right now. Gagne may be hurt with an abdominal strain too, which is cause for concern since his last major injury was the undiagnosed hole in his abdominal wall that caused him to miss most of 02/03.

ugh..
i too have been wondering what's up with his finishing for the last few games. and hoping with all hope that the above isn't a factor.

anyway, as others have mentioned our d must play a full game else we will be punished.

i'm looking fwd to this game though... should be interesting.

Gagne shot like 20 shots in last 3 games without any luck. Sooner or later they will go in.

He did have that "midsection tightness" last week, but I doubt it's related at this point.

Edit: Ed Moran on DNL said something about him nursing a groin pull since the end of training camp.

This should be a demanding game for the Fly Guys but they can pull this off, especially with Garnett in net. Im giving them the 6-3 win.
Forsberg 1
Gagne 1
Richards 2
Carter 1
I gotta give the last one to Brashear.

If they penalized Brashear for that hit on Modry, it was complete baloney.
