Quotable:

"It's going to take 100 points to make the playoffs this year; I'm sure it will. You look at our division and our conference, and you just can't afford to lose any games. We've had a good record, but to get to 100 points we still have to finish at least 35-25. That's a pretty good clip we still have to play at." - Andy Murray

"Obviously, he's on fire. Even the games I've watched on TV, he seems to be getting points every night. He's an elite player." - Curtis Sanford - Blues goalie on Pavol Demitra

"There are a lot people who didn't think we would be as competitive as we are this season. We have attacked a lot of demons already this year." - Jeremy Roenick

Injury Update:
  • Valeri Bure, (protruding disk - 9/29/05) was examined by a back specialist in Florida on Tuesday in another effort to find a remedy for the injury, which has caused him to sit out the season to date. Nothing has yet helped.

Previous Meeting(s) this year: Tied (1-1)

Kings/Nashville is becoming quite the rivalry this season and I imagine that this game will be a close game yet again. Hopefully the Kings pull this one out. Labs will be back in net so hopefully he can keep up his hot play. As well I hope to see the Defcon line(not a fan of the PAC- man line) keep up their pace tonight. More Roenick goals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

GO KINGS GO!!!!!!!!!!!

Even though I believe Garon will eventually win the starting goalie job I think it's the right move to get Labs in there tonight even though Garon had turned it up. They need an equal opportunity so we won't have regrets later about handing over the job to someone. I was at the game early in this month when Labs and the Kings beat the preds in a SO.

I expect a very good game with LA coming out on top.

GO KINGS GO!!!

Notice what the AP preview says:
Quote:
LAST MEETING: Nov. 15; Predators, 3-2. At Nashville, Tenn., Jeff Cowan scored the eventual game-winner for the Predators, who ended a seven-game winless streak against the Kings.
That rat fink Cowan! No wonder the Kings lost

Well said TiVo will be saving my life. The last two games have been 2 of the most if not exciting games this season. I do not see this one being any different. Happy thanksgiving everyone and here is to LaBarbera coming back strong

Corvo should get a rear-view mirror attached to his helmet, since Sullivan is supposed to play tonight.

I think Vokoun is the Preds achilles heel, if we can get to him early we should be able to put this one in the win column!

Soft goal for the Preds. Labarbera has to make that save.

This isn't meant as a slight to your team or you guys at all...but...

How has Roenick played, this year...on the whole? Because in all the Kings\Preds games, he's looked like a shell of his former self...
