Stan Fischler

The Maven considers Rangers as one of the contender for STANLEY CUP!!! Another pearl: Fla needs a trade so they should trade Luongo and Bouwmeester to Van for... Cloutier, Jovo and Bertuzzi! Damn, that stuff must be good, eh?

Lundqvist can be dominating in playoffs but I don't see that Rangers beating Ottawa in a 7 game series.

The only positive thin whit trading Bertuzzi is cap space, I would like too see Huselius in any Florida trade to Vancouver since he was very good with Morrison in the SEL.

Ovechkin

Can't wait to see this kid. I remember when the Rangers sucked at the end of (was it?) 03-04 season and we were all getting excited about us having a shot at the lottery and drafting Ovechkin. Hell, even Brandon's avatar was Ovechkin's Ranger jersey. Loves to take the body, speed, speed, more speed, the guy is on speed and scores. He's first shift - a board shattering check on Roszival. Then he'll score a goal, assist on another, start running our Rangers and that will finally piss Strudwick off. At the end he'll get a Godie Howe hat trick - goal, assist, fight with Strudwick. While he's off ice for 5 mins, we score 3 goals. We win.

We look bad. Lazy play from top 2 lines. HMO hustle, so does the 3rd line. Defense looks okay. Drats doesn't look too bad.

Why do we always have to be outworked by the Caps no matter who is on either roster?
