What they should try in practice is for the PK to emulate what Nashville, Chicago and Detroit did.... then the PP unit will be forced to come up with some alternate solutions. As one of the Kings radio broadcasters pointed out on the post game show last night, the Red Wings have had Maltby and Draper playing together as a unit for 8 years or so, and when they watch films of successful PK units against another team's PP, they can then just adapt it to their game plan. If this is a thread to track the skid itself, Idont think it'll last very long. As bad as the power play is, they're sure to score at least one goal within the next few games. Now, that being said, I think we all know what needs to be done to fix the PP. So the only question that remains is who exactly is going to step up and kidnap Van Boxmeer's family.
