"You have to be careful with putting expectations on segments of the season. What if you don't [accomplish the goal]? To us — and maybe we're not as smart as other people — but if you win every five-game segment at the end of the year, you'll be sitting pretty good." - Andy Murray
"I understand that I'm older and that it's a different game now. It's different than it was a couple years ago, and I'm almost two years older than when I played before (the lockout). I really feel that I can get back to that level, because if I didn't think that way, I wouldn't even be bothering right now. . . I definitely have not played my best hockey. I feel I've worked extremely hard and I think my effort is there every day, but I can only go as far as my body allows me to. But you know what? It's still November. Things will turn around for me. I know they will." - Jeremy Roenick
