I'd look at both Lee and O'Quinn, too. The only keepers are KP and Willy, although Holiday and Kuz are worth keeping, too.

Everyone has their price, even KP. It remains to be seen if he can be a superstar, he may turn out to be too injury prone to stay on the court and he's a fouling machine.

Knicks need to identify a young nucleus and build outwards from there. Make this pick count, and build around KP, Willy, and whomever they draft. The constant roster turnover isn't helpful for a franchise in dire straits like the Knicks.

Except who has the intelligence and temperament to be able to do that? Jim Dolan has stepped away but he still isn't willing and/or able to hire the right person to get the job done. All he does is go after the glitzy pick that makes no sense like Phil Jackson the coach who is not executive material. It's like he learned nothing from the Isiah Thomas debacle and he's just going to make the same stupid mistakes all over again after Phil is ridden out of town

I don't want to make the playoffs we need change and we need to guarantee Carmelo is dealt. That won't happen if we make the playoffs, it will just give that idiot Dolan a false sense of security. We need to clean house in the front office and in the roster. Get rid of Rose and Carmelo. Preferably now. Noah is the typical dead weight idiotic Knicks move but maybe he heals and becomes a serviceable defensive player down the line. Right now its all about KP6 and Willy and guys like that. We need more young guys on this team. I would trade Melo for a younger player. No one will give us a top ten pick. I would resign Jennings for now until I find a more permanent solution at pg. I do think Baker will back up nicely for a while.

It takes a special talent to loose 16 games in a row.
The Knicks are even more special than that.

Happy for Ewing that he got the gtown job. Much better than getting stuck with the Knicks.

It's bittersweet because I would've loved to see Ewing coach KP and Willy, but also awesome because I could just casually run into Patrick Ewing walking around campus

Be interesting to see if Ewing can recruit and schmooze.

I was tentatively still on the Phil train (a tank season to get a young starter to develop with KP and Willy will be a good thing in the long run), but his press conference today lost me.

No words

So Porzingis just skips an exit interview because he's mad? And Melo takes a shot at the GM on twitter? Stuff like that makes me happy to be a hockey fan lol.

Knicks should've tanked at the deadline. The fact that they're not sitting in the top-4 is a shame, but let's hope Clyde can work some magic tonight. His suit is fire.

Knicks get 8th. Let's hope Fox is still there, or they're probably going with Ntilikina.

They can go a few directions at 8.
Cowheard thinks Fox is a top 2 pick.
Lonzo Ball aint all that
Ntilikina cause thats just the direction the Knicks would go

solid job by the nets LOL...and boston gets their 1st round next year too.

for the garnett/pierce trade (who played 1-2 years in brooklyn). the celtics got the 17th pick in 2014, 3rd overall in 2016, 2017 1st overall (for 27th pick) and basically a guaranteed top 5 pick next year

thats some solid asset management

Dennis Smith is a great PG prospect. I hope they go with him at #8.

Yes he is, I'm just worried about the two ACL surgeries.
