Who is else happy to see him playing well in Phoenix? I would've loved for him to stay but that contract just wasn't cap-friendly. I wanted so bad for the Wings to win a title with him in net. It really wasn't his fault for either of their early exits...the offense let him down.

I'm also happy to see him doing well. And Hasek too for that matter. I feel what happened here last season between those two should never have been, Holland didn't handle it well at all.

But I still have doubts Cujo's ankle will hold up.

I doubt Hasek will hold up either. Especially if he plays in the Olympics.

I wish Cujo the best and wished he could've won a SC here, but a team like Phoenix suits him best, ie a team that gives up a ton of shots, Cujo always seems to play best when he's kept busy. The Wings problem was they never supported him in the playoffs with some offense.

He is back!

CuJo is playing amazing in Phoenix, he is by far there MPV every night. At this point of the season he is candidate for Team Canada and the Vezina Trophy IMO!

He played for 2 seasons here in Detroit but never played the way he played in Toronto or now in Phoenix. He got blamed for the loss against the Ducks in the playoff of the 2002 - 2003 season. The following season was very difficult for him with Hasek returning form retirement and the rest of the story is well know. CuJo played a good and solid playoff series against the Flames but losses in the end. He was the MVP for Detroit in that series against the Flames.

Because I don't see any NHL games were I live it was very difficult for me to understand why CuJo was struggling.

It still bothers me that he left Detroit they way he did!

i'm amazed that both him and ancient Hasek are still playing at an elite level myself. and really it was the team we had in front of Cujo that was the let down NOT himself.

he was treated unfairly in the city of Detroit as well imo both on and off the ice.

Canada has a ton of really good goaltenders, but if someone deserves to be Team Canada's starter at the Olympics, it should be Cujo.. hands down.

Ottawa is playing Ray Emery quite a bit and giving Hasek more games off this year than ever before. I think the Sens are doing their best to keep him from tiring out.

I believe Hasek has already said he will not play in the Olympics.
