Just heard the same thing on SportsNet up here. Love to see what Tambs can do with these two.

Good to hear. That top line wasn't doing anything. They can be reunited later on if things turn around. Right now, something needs to be done to generate scoring and a shakeup is a good thing for the team right now.

EDIT: It's Tambellini-Conroy-Demitra, just to be precise.

Dusty takes a tumble in front of the net, but sticks with it.

Good job.

Tambellini looks so tiny in the NHL too.

How sad was that feeble PP attempt?

How sweet was Brown's effort at even strength?

Give him credit, he's learniing how to play in the NHL as a small guy in 3 games compared to Cammalleri who it took almost 3 years for.

Real tough Sundin. Maybe you need another puck to the eye.

Brown almost gets another one as the period ends and he gets cross-checked.

New NHL my ***.

Question for Kings fans: Does Garon always give up a juicy rebound for every shot on net?

So, Corvo was responsible for the short-handed, game-winning goal in the last game and the fallout from that is a promotion to the #1 PP unit. It's the Andy Murray reward system in action.

That alone boggles my mind, but when I check the stats on ESPN.com and see that Corvo's average ice time is 19+ minutes per game it gives me the *****.

Corvo hasn't looked all that bad so far. In fact, I believe he thwarted a serious chance by Sundin one-on-one.

And Cammalleri, through no fault of his own in the last game, has been demoted to the #2 PP unit. If anyone still wonders why some of us dislike Corvo so much, it has almost as much to do with how he's treated as how he plays. He's immune to reprimand and punishment, but one bad game or mere whim is enough to demote or scratch players like Cammalleri, Weaver and Dempsey.
