I said "Since you all know your teams well, state any player who has publicly admitted his dissatisfaction with his team." If a negative comment were made about a player's own team, one could discern that he is disgruntled.

Keep them coming though, is there anyone on the NJ team perhaps? St.Louis should be a hot bed IMO for disgruntled players

Don't think there's anyone in L.A. that's unhappy.

I don't think Bertuzzi's disgruntled. I think he's just gruntled.

Did anything definitive (other than the divorce, naturally) ever come of the abusive-spouse allegations against Souray?

If that's the case, we'll take all of them for our disgruntled player: Luongo!

The only one I can think of as a definite would be Witt and maybe Luongo.

and when it's finally all said and done, Souray will probably be the LA Kings defenseman we've been so desperately "looking" for!

Well, it was never really stated who was abusing who...or if there really was any abuse. Only the police were called to report it. No charges were ever filed and she is gone to live in L.A. with their daughter.

Personally, and I have no facts to base this on, I think she's a spoiled vindictive Hollywood type who is used to getting her way.

I could be wrong but I doubt it.

witt did ask for a trade earlier in the year and may very well be traded. but he has since soften on his stance because of the excitment the younger players have brought on and off the ice. he has become a mentor for eminger, morrison and especially green when he was up. he likes the job of mentor.

that said he still maybe traded, but if not will not become disgruntled

There are players in NJ who are more uncertain, than disgruntled. With the Elias siuation, it is not only a question of who, but when?
Hard to gel as a unit, when you know it is temporary.

Darren Langdon may be disgruntled, or just obsolete. We keep him on ice for Philly.

Allegations -- no one is convicted of anything... I'm not judging Souray. However, if there was any abuse or intimidation, I'd say that the safe money says that it's the larger, stronger athlete that's in a stronger position to abuse.

Again, I'm not judging Souray -- but I think you're rushing to judge Bridges: A 'spoiled, vindictive Hollywood type' doesn't put her career (such as it is) on hold for a couple of years to have and raise kids and move to Montreal to be with her hubby. That doesn't wash, especially considering that she's a Baywatch babe with all the very limited shelf-life that this implies. She tried to do a good thing, and it didn't work for whatever reason.

It's some time (if ever) before we'll know what happened between them. If it turns out he was an abusive spouse, then he's the lowest form of man there is. If it turns out that she was, then she sucks. Meanwhile, we'll just have to satisfy ourselves with the knowledge that he's a struggling third-tier defenseman and she's a washed-up centerfold, and that's that.

Witt did not ask for a trade earlier. Some reporter asked him about the team and he said that he thinks they're getting rid of all the veterans so he thought he might be moved. He didn't ask to be moved.

Since then he has said nothing about being disgruntled.

The only two are Luongo and Aebisher

I think Nils Ekman may bit a bit unsatified with his current situation. He has been a healthy scratch several times this season. He only got a little over 9 min of ice time tonight. Ron Wilson has publicly criticized his play as well.
