Jarvis was a forward, not defenceman.

And yes, Odelein has the record and he really assisted five Habs goals in that Whalers game. He shares the record with Doug Harvey who got five assists in one game in the 50s.

Yes, it was Odelein...I remember watching the highlights on TSN that night. Jarvis was a forward not a d-man.
