The Blues put defensemen Alexander Khavanov and Christian Laflamme on the injured reserve list on Tuesday and expect both to be out from two to six weeks. Khavanov has a broken right big toe. Laflamme has a cracked bone in his left foot. Both injuries occurred in the Blues' game with Phoenix.
