Sun damage is what tends to cause most signs of aging, wrinkles, loss of elasticity, sunspots, etc... Also, shaving helps to exfoliate which would cause the promotion of cell regeneration. Finally dark circles under your eyes are mostly hereditery and can make you look older/tired.
I would not say that make up makes your skin look softer or more supple. If anything it would build in the creases making you look older.
My guess is he's probably stayed out of the sun or worn a hat/sunscreen. He's a big hat wearer and he's probably just blessed with good skin. Probably uses moisturizer.Or he's had work done (botox, restalyne, micro dermabrasion, chemical peel, etc...)
IMO LaMer is over rated and not the same since Lauder bought it.
Ever seen the sweat literally pourng off players during interviews between periods?
What do you think that would do to makeup were he to be wearing any during game?
My guess is it would get awfully smudged and end up looking pretty bad.
If Hatcher wears makeup I'm pretty certain he doesn't wear it during games.
