From Fanhome with Love

This is my first post here. I was on fanhome all the time but I got banned for being too knowledgeable.

Any of my Fanhome friends around here?

Used to visit fanhome regularely, but then it fell apart brutally, and I migrated here...much better.

Fanhome's Wild board became terrible when it got taken over by the pompus lemaireisgod. Him and his chick MNSOTA were brutal.

They would make silly posts and then acted harshly towards others when they got trashed.

But besides them, there was lots of knowledgeable good people.

Is Lemaireisgod, the poster with the very long posts/paragraphs without any breaks and who ends every post with "GO WILD"?

If so, I know where he posts now. He can be very annoying eh!

I used to post there until like 2003. The Wild/Canucks series created a lot of hate.

Sounds like him...he is annoying...his chick is brutal too.

Where does he hang out now? I'd love to get some dialogue going with him.

Fanhome was the first message board I ever posted on. It still has a place in my heart. Most of the Bruins fans ended up here leaving just a handful of B's fans there. I still visit every once in a while mostly for the Current Events and Politics board and the BBQ. It is still a nice site but mostly for NFL and MLB fans.

I agree...metro is not very active...fanhome use to be pretty good until they made a bunch of changes and a lot of people left.

It took me two posts to get banned from metroboards...I gave a colorful rant on Lemaireisgod and his chick MNSOTA and I'm gone...no loss, metroboards is pathetic.

Oh well...
