Flames/Oilers Round One BOA: 10/14 Game Thread

Post any predictions or line-up changes here.....Try not to get into a pissing match like the Oiler-'Nuck threads were the other night....I'll say...

Oilers 2 (Staios, Horcoff)
Flames 2 (Iginla, Lombardi (1st career goal))

Good luck to both sides...

I'll say Oilers 4, Flames 3 in a really tight game.. I think York is going to pot a couple but I also think Iggy is going to bust out and have a three point night.

MCI line is going to breakout

5-2 flames.

Iggy 2, Conroy, Donovan and Leopold with the goals.

Any word on Reinprecht? Is he going to play in this game.

I'll say a 4-4 tie.

Flames goals to Iginla, Conroy, Gelinas, and Lydman.

Matchups like this are the reason I got NHL center ice this year......Hope it's a good game, like the majority are when these two teams hook up. I'll predict a one goal game with Reghier(sp?) and Gauthier handing out some serious punishment.

Jarret Stoll was rather conspicuous in his absense (healthy scratch).

And Lombardi played very well again, and in key situations from all accounts.
