I'm kind of a ticket nerd- always searching for sources and deals, and for tomorrow night's game I am paying the most I've ever paid for a Preds game.

Keep me in mind if for some random reason you come across something.

I wish I had the extra scratch. I'll be watching from the house though so I feel your pain!

They removed the "pick your seat" map and now you can only pull from the pile. Bummer.

I was just able to pull up the map- a total of FOUR tickets available- all scattered singles- all on first or second row on the glass.

Only $448 for row 1/ $318 for row 2!!!

This is the hardest sellout I have ever seen for a Preds game

Anyone still looking for tickets, I would advise to keep checking ticketmaster constantly.

I have been checking it off and on just for the heck of it and just saw two tix popup in section 301 ($107). They disappeared in about 10 seconds but you may get lucky again if you keep checking.

My wife is pushing to sell our house by the end of the month so all my money is going towards getting it ready to sell. If we make the SCF I'll break the bank to get in the building.

I read that and I see "My wife is selling the house so I can buy playoff tickets". That's my interpretation of what she's saying. Good for you.

That's how I read it, too. And as it should be.

Mr. Adz and I have one rule--hockey is always in the budget for me and Springsteen and Jack is always in the budget for him. We'll drive ancient cars, live in a smaller house, turn down the AC in summer, live on beans, whatever...but those things are not to be scrimped on.

haha. A few years ago I had 2 tickets, 315 Row A seats 1 and 2. Best seats in the house. We had our first child so I moved down to 1 seat in 301 with a friend who had the seat next to me. A couple seasons later we had our 2nd kid and that was the end of season tickets for me. =(

I used to sit in 315, too--closer to the top.

My youngest was already 8 when the team began and we weren't just starting out. It does make a HUGE difference. I wasn't leaving child care to anyone else--they could come with me and enjoy the experience or, in the case of the older one, stay home alone. My $$ sacrifices were during the college years, but just seat location. That was basically when we made our pact. Or really, I made the pact for us but that's how this works, right? ;-)

Assuming we end up playing the Blues, any advice on how to get tickets in St. Louis? I do have friends who live there so could be an easy answer. Just thought I'd check.

Do you mean tickets for our games in STL?? Or do you mean people in STL getting tickets for Bridgestone?

As far as games in STL, unless I am mistaken I don't think they have any restrictions so it should be pretty easy.

I just looked at ticketmaster for their game 5 on Monday, and holy cow, it is incredible how many tickets are available. Probably at least 30% or more of the building, including a ton of resale tickets.

If we happen to wind up with a Saturday game in St. Louis, I wish there was a way to organize a large group to go up there. It would be a great chance for us to have a ton of Gold at an away game. If we play on Saturday there I am going to try my best to go.

Yep looking for games @ the blues. Hopefully they can hold on because a road playoff game would be fantastic.

I'll be at all of our home games no doubt.

Yes- I am hoping like heck that we can make it up for one- there is a pretty good chance there will be a game in STL next weekend.

Their tickets are a lot easier to get than ours- still can't believe how many are available for their game 5 Monday.- I know it is a "if necessary" game, but still.....

Debating on if I should take the $15 on each ticket beating from Ticketmaster (Booooo!) or make the 119 mile drive down to the box office on Tuesday and get tix for the next round to avoid the hassle.

Guess it depends on how much 4-6 hours of your life are worth to you. Plus gas.

Valid points which is why I pulled the trigger from the comfort of my house and did not even have to put my shoes on.
