Monarchs Recall Hogeboom

MANCHESTER, NH – The Manchester Monarchs, the primary affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, have recalled center Greg Hogeboom from the ECHL’s Reading Royals, Monarchs Director of Hockey Operations Hubie McDonough announced today.

When Hughes is making statements like this after a game:

“Quite frankly, we’re just an average team. I don’t even know if we’re a good team,” he said. “What we rely on is hard work, resiliency and a will-to-win attitude. We didn’t have that going into tonight’s game.

You've got to figure something was going to give.

I forgot about this one:

“We didn’t play very hard tonight. We certainly didn’t make it a very difficult game for (Hartford),” said Hughes. “In the last 20 minutes, we started to play our game and do some of the things we are capable of doing, but we certainly did not show up for the first 40 minutes.”

He could easily be talking about the Kings....
