Kings down Sens 4-3

Excellent game. Sens were up 3-1 and the Kings got 3 unanswered goals from Armstrong, Stumpel and Frolov to win the game. Prusek was pretty bad. Allowed some weak goals.

Dustin Brown was robbed of his first NHL goal by a horrible call, ref said he highsticked the puck and he didn't. Brown overall though had a great game, all over the ice, drew 2 or 3 penalties and created offense.

Kings play the Flyers on Saturday
Sens play the Ducks on Friday

Brown was good, but he is still making a few rookie mistakes. He took a few penalties that he shouldn't have, but the kid is good. I didn't watch the game, but I listened to it. Great game!

Brown also left the bench early and got a too many men penalty, he has alot to learn, but the kid is playing to well to be sent back to the OHL. He is currently skating with Palffy and Stumpel and doesn't look out of place at all.

The goal came tonight (Thanks Peel you idiot) and I think more are coming. That line was flying out there.

Brown also met the A-train at the end

Prusek was brutal. Even then, the Sens didn't deserve to win.

Save me the 'it's only 3 games in' crap...But I think Ziggy will have a huge year. He looks great out there and is involved in every play.

Hopefully he can fight through the one-purpose focus of the other teams defense, though.....

Agreed. He could be an MVP candidate if he keeps playing this well with such a depleted Kings team.

Palffy could have a monster year, last season he had no one to support him but Armstrong.

This year the Kings have Stumpel, Robitaille, Brown, Klatt and an improved Frolov, not to mention Deadmarsh when he returns, and Allison if he returns.

Brown-Stumpel-Palffy line creates offense every shift

wow, prusek just terrible. sens didnt deserve a different result tonight.
brutal officiating, both ways of course, but 16 penalties in all, and every single goal (7!) on the powerplay. not alot of flow to this game and i didnt find it particularly entertaining as a result.

dustin brown rocks, everytime he was on the ice, you could tell. he's always making something happen

Ducks will still finish with 90+ regular season points. And we all know what the Ducks can do in the playoffs.

Not if the sens played the way they did tonight... it was an alround poor team effort, undiciplined play, sloppy defence... I think the players have read too many newspapers predicting the sens to win it all, they seem to have forgoten their work ethic that made them so effective.

Duck fans are just bitter that a Kings team without its top stars can be so much better than them with their great savior Federov.

Wouldn't it be great if the Ducks were winless in October.

good game for the Kings and yes Brown was robbed and he will be truly awesome, but I would like to know what is up with all the *****ing penalties this must be the 5th out of 6 games I watched where there was well over 10 powerplays, its disgusting the game is soon to be renamed the catchy term POWERPLAY as opposed to HOCKEY

They always crack down in October, by March it'll be back to normal. The refs will get lazy again

Of course I knew that Heatly was a great player. I just didn't realize he scored 89 points last season.
